HIV Program

The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Pediatric, Adolescent, & Young Adult Specialty (PAYAS) Program at MUSC Children’s Health cares for children who have HIV or been exposed to the virus. Our doctors are board certified in pediatrics and pediatric infectious diseases. They’re part of a team that includes a nurse case manager, a social work case manager, an educational psychologist, a child psychiatrist, and a peer advocate.
